Some easy methods to cut down the size of your meals
If you want to know the cause of the obesity epidemic that is sweeping the globe then you have to look no further than people making unhealthy food choices, and then eating far too much of that food. In developed countries then people don’t really have to worry about where they can get food from, they can get food from pretty much anywhere so it isn’t appreciated when they do get it. So instead of having a modest amount of food and being appreciative that we have that food, then instead most people order huge quantities or it and either throw a lot away or eat until they are fit to burst. We have really forgotten why we eat, we don’t eat for fun, we eat because our bodies need to be fueled and unfortunately now eating is more of a hobby than anything else. We eat because we’re sad, or we eat because we should (eating at meal times even though we aren’t hungry), we eat to enjoy ourselves or we eat to polite, we are constantly eating for all the wrong reasons.
